Arrival and departure

The holiday homes are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 4 pm we ask that you let us know in good time.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your holiday home by 9 am at the latest.

Down payment and Booking

For a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit of € 800,00 to our bank account.

Bread service

A morning bread service is offered in the village. Please let us know your order by E-Mail, SMS / text or WhatsApp (+43 650 245 9955) in the evening – 6 pm at the latest.

Pets

Accommodaing pets is available on request.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Local tax

The Local tax is calculated separately for people over the age of 15 years and costs € 2,60 per day per person.

Parking

Each house has 4 covered parking spaces.

Smoking

We ask that you respect our no smoking rule in both houses with the exception of the balconies and terraces.

Cancellation policy

Regulation in accordance with the österreichischen Hotelbedingungen:

• 3 Months to 1 Month before the holiday: 40% of the booked holiday price.
• From 4 Weeks before the holiday: 70% of the booked holiday price.
• In the last week: 90% of the booked holiday price.
  
  As there is always the possibility of something happening between your booking and your holiday, and if you are unable to make your holiday as you planned, we recommend that you take out travel insurance: www.europaeische.at

 

In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law (AGBH) apply.
